FSM frequency therapy in Warsaw
Working with microcurrents of specific frequencies(Frequency Specific Microcurrent)
Your body isn't working against you — it's trying to communicate with you.
Hello, nice to meet you
I'm a certified naturopath and nutrition consultant. In my work I draw primarily on FSM frequency therapy, developed by Dr. Carolyn McMakin, as well as on the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and homeopathy.
I look at each person holistically, because the body is a system of connected vessels. What happens in one area can affect how others function.
That's why, in my work, I combine different approaches and tools — from bioresonance analysis, through targeted FSM frequency therapy, to working with habits, diet, lifestyle and emotions. All of this to better understand your body's individual needs and choose an approach suited to you specifically.
Every body has its own story. My job is to get to know it and see you as a whole.
FSM Frequency Therapy
FSM — microcurrents of specific frequencies — is a method developed by Dr. Carolyn McMakin.
The therapy uses very low current intensities together with carefully chosen frequencies. The method is based on working with specific frequency pairs and applying them according to the area and nature of the problem or complaint the client presents with.
FSM is a non-invasive method, used without medication, which can support the body's regeneration processes and help with chronic pain, inflammation, nervous system tension, post-injury support, or working with scar tissue.
I completed FSM training led by Dr. Carolyn McMakin, which allows me to work with this method according to its protocols and guidelines.
Dr. Carolyn McMakin, DC, is the creator of Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) and has trained practitioners around the world for years. The method was developed in the 1990s and continues to be refined through training, clinical experience and research. (fsmpolska.pl)
What does a naturopathy + FSM session look like?
-
01
Conversation
First, we talk about what brings you in and how you're currently feeling.
-
02
Assessment
Based on the intake conversation, a bioresonance test and an assessment of your situation, I identify the area we'll work on.
-
03
FSM Therapy
During the session, electrodes — on wet compresses or self-adhesive — are placed on the relevant areas of the body, and the device delivers microcurrents at the chosen frequencies. It's a completely non-invasive and painless method. A single session lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on your needs.
-
04
Individual recommendations
Depending on your needs, I provide support through FSM frequencies, an optimal dietary plan, habit changes, supplement recommendations, and — where helpful — joint work with emotions and beliefs.

"After my session with Nina I walked away feeling like someone had really looked at me as a whole person, not just at a single problem. I really appreciate her knowledge and the way she explains everything step by step and answers questions. The analysis of my body was very detailed and, at times, surprisingly accurate. Thanks to it, I understood my body better and where various complaints might be coming from. Throughout the whole session I felt cared for and heard. The bioresonance work and the cleansing and strengthening sessions chosen for me — for both body and mind — are making a noticeable difference; I feel like I'm gradually getting myself back. I especially appreciate the time devoted to conversation, to analysing my state including emotionally, and to the individually chosen frequencies and sessions. I feel cared for and will definitely be coming back."

Below you'll find some information. If you can't find your answer — get in touch with me. I'm happy to help.
No. FSM uses microcurrents at a very low intensity, which generally can't be felt flowing through the body. The treatment is non-invasive and comfortable for most people. During a session, what you mainly feel is the gentle contact of the electrodes on your skin, not the current itself.
Session length is individual and depends on the issue the client presents with, as well as on the scope of the session. During the first visit, we also need time to talk, gather information about your health, and choose the right approach. A session can last up to 3 hours. Follow-up sessions may be shorter, depending on your needs.
There's no single schedule that fits every client. The frequency of visits is chosen individually — depending on the type of complaint, its severity, how long it has lasted, and how the body responds to the therapy. In most cases, the whole process takes between 3 and 8 sessions. Some people, however, have more extensive needs.
FSM Polska emphasizes that results are closely tied to correctly identifying the source of the problem, which is why we set the therapy plan individually rather than applying one scheme for everyone.
Proper hydration is key. It's recommended to drink about 1 litre of water in the hour before the treatment; people who are chronically dehydrated may need extra fluids in the days leading up to the therapy as well.
It's also worth wearing very comfortable clothing and bringing a dry top to change into. Plan to set aside between 1.5 and 3 hours.
Yes. FSM is treated as a supportive method, not a replacement for proper diagnosis and medical treatment. You should never stop taking medication or discontinue a course of treatment recommended by your doctor on your own.
If you have a chronic condition, take medication, or are undergoing other treatments or procedures, always let your therapist know about your health status.
FSM is an electrostimulation method, so before starting therapy certain contraindications need to be ruled out and appropriate precautions taken.
The most important include pregnancy, certain types of medical pumps, and specific situations involving diabetes, an active infection, or a recent injury or surgery. Using devices that monitor heart activity is also a contraindication.
Before every therapy, I carry out an intake conversation to assess whether FSM is a suitable and safe approach in a given case.
