What has not been released begins, over time, to affect how you feel. Emotion release therapy is a process of working with emotions stored in the body that may be influencing your health, energy and daily functioning.
If you:
- feel tension that is hard to release
- keep returning to the same emotions or reactions
- have a sense that "something is stuck inside you"
- experience chronic fatigue or drops in energy
- your body reacts more strongly than you would like
- have symptoms that are hard to explain clearly
It is possible that your body is holding accumulated emotions.

In the approach to emotion release, we assume that emotions which have not been fully experienced and released may become stored in what is known as the subtle emotional body.
Over time they may influence body tension, patterns of reaction and overall wellbeing — and with prolonged overload, the physical body too. That is why we work early, before the problem deepens.
