if…

you feel tension in your face, jaw or neck
you live with chronic stress and need to unwind
you notice loss of skin firmness and signs of fatigue
you struggle with jaw clenching or bruxism
you want to improve your facial contour naturally
you are looking for a moment of deep relaxation

Kobido works both as a one-off regenerative ritual and as part of regular care for your body and nervous system.

This is not just
an aesthetic treatment.

The face very often reflects what is happening deeper — tension, fatigue, stress and emotions. During Kobido we work not only on appearance, but also on releasing tension and restoring balance throughout the whole body.

A Japanese tradition
in service of face and body

Lifting Drainage Acupressure Relaxation

Kobido is a Japanese massage of the face, neck and head that works not only on the appearance of the skin but also on the nervous system and the whole body. During the session we work with tension stored in the face, jaw, neck and head — places where stress, fatigue and emotions are so often held.

The skin becomes firmer and more radiant, and the body enters a state of calm and regeneration. The face regains freshness, lightness and softness — it simply looks more rested and harmonious.

What shows on the face
often reflects what is happening inside

The face frequently shows tension, fatigue and emotions. During Kobido we work not only on appearance — but on the whole person. Kobido does not replace medical or dermatological treatment. It is a natural, holistic support for body, skin and wellbeing.

Most frequently asked questions

Kobido is a comprehensive technique combining intensive lifting movements, drainage, acupressure and work with the nervous system. It works not only aesthetically — it deeply releases tension across the entire face, jaw and neck, bringing the body into a state of regeneration.
A session typically lasts 60–90 minutes. It begins with a short conversation and a calm entry into the treatment, covering the face, neck, décolleté and head — without rushing.
Kobido is not painful. It combines relaxing techniques with more intensive lifting movements, always adapted to the client's comfort. Most people feel deep relaxation during the treatment itself.
Kobido works beautifully as a one-off regenerative ritual or as part of regular self-care. With regular sessions (every 2–4 weeks) the lifting and relaxation effects deepen and last longer.
